THE BUILDING PROCESS

You have the opportunity to personalize your home with Heritage Custom
Homes Inc. by working closely and through every single step of the
building process with President, Gary Jankovich. Feel confident that Gary
will work with you, answering all your questions and assisting you in any
way possible. You will find his many years of experience working with
new construction to be an invaluable asset to you. Throughout
construction, Gary will meet with you and walk you through your new
home to be sure that it meets your expectations prior to closing.

Below is a step by step outline of the construction process:

1. A house plan and homesite are selected and a deposit to hold the
homesite and home is received from the buyer.

2. We will work with you to create and customize the blueprint..

3. We will work with you to specify what is included in your home

4. Construction meeting takes place.
The Purchaser will then meet with the architect and go over final plans.

5. The site plan is reviewed.

6. The blueprints are reviewed.

7. Permits are then submitted.

8. Listed below is the sequence of construction:
A. Excavation
B. Pouring of footings and foundation
C. Drain tiles installed, waterproofmg, and backfill
D..Steel put in place
E. Light fixtures may be selected in order to allow for any back orders
F. Rough carpentry up to and including sheeting of roof and house wrap;
window installation
G. Roof is shingled
H Rough plumbing, electric and heating
I. Insulation
J. Drywall and taping of drywall
K. Selections regarding
carpet, tile, cabinets, exterior colors.
L. Ceramic tile and oak flooring
M Installation of cabinets
N Installation of custom stairs
O. Installation of millwork
P Stain woodwork and paint
Q Finish electric and plumbing
R Deck (if selected) and landscaping, weather permitting.
A deck/ patio plan will be prepared by us for your review and approval
and our landscape architect will prepare a plan for your approval which
will meet your landscaping allowance.
S. Final clean up
T. Walk through with Gary Jankovich is done and our warranty procedure
is explained and punch list items prepared.
